Salon Policies

We are a studio salon striving to provide the best possible experience to every single guest. To ensure a consistent service, we ask each guest adhere to the following guidelines.

Late Arrivals:

Those arriving 10 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. Each service is allotted a specified amount of time to ensure enough time to complete the service. Late arrivals may impede the artist's ability to properly complete the service. If you are running late, please call or text us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. This allows us enough time to fill your scheduled slot with someone who may have been waiting for it. Cancellations or reschedules occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment total.

Refunds:

Services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or are experiencing issues with a gel polish, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for a complimentary repair. Retail items purchased at full price may be returned up to 7 days after purchase as long as they are unopened and unused. Sale items are final.

Extra Guests:

Our current location does not allow us the luxury of extra space. At this time we kindly ask that only those receiving services be in the salon. As per property policy, children are not permitted unattended in lobby areas.

Permitted Practices:

We follow all regulations set for manicurist by the state of Texas. We are only permitted to work on healthy skin and nails. Guests presenting with signs of infection will be referred to the appropriate medical professional. We are not permitted to cut/remove living tissues or ingrown toenails as these practices fall under surgical procedures. We will do our best to make these area more comfortable for you, but any removals must be done under the care of a physician.
